Topgolf Recruitment T-Shirts

Topgolf approached me to design a t-shirt for their team to wear at recruitment events—something more playful and eye-catching than a typical "Now Hiring" tee with a logo. They wanted a design that would stand out in a crowd and reflect their fun, energetic brand.

To achieve this, I incorporated a golf ball mascot from previous marketing materials as a bold back graphic. The mascot brings a sense of playfulness and approachability that aligns with Topgolf’s ethos. Positioned on the back, it was designed to catch attention and spark curiosity as recruiters move through events and engage with potential hires.

On the front, I created a smaller, complementary graphic placed on the left chest to balance the composition. To draw attention to the recruitment message, I used a vibrant yellow from Topgolf’s brand palette for the “Now Hiring” text.

To help them stand out even more, I also provided additional color options that allows them to mix and match at these events and make them memorable.

Topgolf Recruitment Print Posters

To further complement the t-shirt I designed, I created three print posters that would be placed around Topgolf's recruitment booth and be used on their platforms online.

Topgolf Fireside Chat Deck Redesign

In addition to supporting recruitment efforts, Topgolf also engaged me to redesign their Partnership presentation deck—an essential tool used when meeting with potential new partners during expansion. While the original deck was created in PowerPoint, I rebuilt it in Ceros, an interactive design platform that enables no-code experiences. This transition allowed me to enhance the deck’s organization, improve clarity, and create a more engaging, immersive experience for everyone.
